Looking for John Milton Slusher B

Looking for John Milton Slusher b. Kentucky or Indiana (conflicting documents) on 6 Feb 1868. He married 1st to Sarah Mary Douglas. They had 3 children. Sarah Mary died shortly after giving birth, before 1901, of pneumonia.
That baby died shortly after. He then married Sarah Caroline Acord. They had 11 children. They divorced and he married 3rd to Vera ???. Any info on him appreciated. Much info on descendants of eldest daughter and some on other children.
