Looking for Joseph Psaila Born IN Tripoli 27sep 1924 to Carmelo and Vittoria Psaila of Malta

I am searching for a Joseph Psaila born 27Sep 1924 to Carmelo Psaila and Vittoria (nee Marmara-Zammit or Muscat). He is unaware that he belongs to a large family. He has at least one half brother (my dad Carmelo who resides in Michigan) and two half-sisters (Carmen and Doris who resides in Toronto) that he's never met. I would love to go over the story and pictures if I can find his family.
