Looking for Kramers IN Oregon

I'm searching for anyone who can give me any family history on the Kramers that live in Oregon. I would like to start there and work my way through family history and so on. My fathers name is Russell E. Kramer. Also, would love any family history on the Hughsons or Winklers of Nebraska and Iowa. Also, seeking photos. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
