Looking for Mary Boyle Newry Born 1834 Rc

Mary arrived in Port Philip Mebourne approx 1844 to 1850, she married a Thomas Matthews in Melbourne in 1852.
I have her story from marriage on, but want to know her previous life.
Some sources suggest she came out in 1844 with an Uncle, but we have no proof.
She seems to be well educated.
Some sources call her Mary Boyle, some Mary O'Boyle, some Marion Boyle..
