Looking for Mcnaughts IN Northern Ireland Tamneymore Area Not Sure of Spelling

I also have a Patrick MacNaught in my familytree. He or his parents lived in Derry, waterside in the 1960's. Is that your Patrick?

Patrick mcnaught would probably be my cousin my dad was also Patrick mcnaught but he left Derry in 1938 he was from waterside his brother Michael lived in waterside who has a son called Patrick I should imagine definitely same family

Patrick was born 1887 and died 1941 Catherine was born 1896 and died 1944 they had five children James Patrick John Margaret Michael and Charles ,Margaret is still alive and lives in Australia

Do you know anything about your uncle Michael? Possibly he is my grandfather.

He lived on Strabarne old road and wife Aggie still lives there I believe, had a number of children Patrick , Michael Una and Noreen I know of he used to play Gaelic football for Derry in th 1950 /1960 he was my fathers younger brother I think he died in the 1990.s

I found out, that Michael (1926 - 1993) cannot be my grandfather because his son Patrick is nearly the same age than me. "My" Partick was probably born around 1936/37.
Too bad!

My great grandfather john mcnaught 1842-1903 had 4 daughters and 6 sons all born in Derry so there could be a connection there
