I think Fred R. Smith, born in Maine in 1844 or 1846 and later of Rush Center, KS. was the son of Milt and Mehitable Smith. Have photos of Milt and Mehitable but no information on them. Fred R. Smith's parents were born in New Hampshire (father) and either New Hampshire or Mass. (mother)
