Looking for Moore IN Nova Scotia Canada Also Looking for Griffiths IN Nova Scotia

My Great-great grandfather was Charles Moore from St.Margarets Bay, Nova Scotia. I have not been able to go any further back than him and would be greatful for any help.

Another Great-great grandfather was John William Griffiths who lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He married Henrietta Jollimore. I have had no trouble with the Jollimore name but seem to hit brick walls when it comes to my Great-great grandfathers. I would be very greatful for any help.
