Looking for Nancy Caroline Spradley

Looking for the parents and siblings of my GAunt Nancy Caroline Spradley who was married to my GUncle Stephen Douglas Cannedy in 1851 in Illinois, she died in 1911 McKinney Collin County Texas and her husband also is buried there. They had daughters: Harriet, Julia B., Henrietta, Virginia, Isabelle, and Helen.
