Then just put in last name as Vince, and the first name A. see what comes up. My guess is that his relatives would live in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and any where near there. But when you bring up the free white pages in Louisiana go to the page dexknows cause it is easier than the others. That is how I find people that I want or need to find.
