George Taylor was born in Morayshire in 1831. He married Isobel Mennie in 1854 in his parish of New Spinie
His trade was a flour miller. In 1859 the family moved to Keppel township
Grey, Ontario, Canada. Today the area is called Owen Sound. The family
has two children in Elgin moray Scotland. Mary Elizabeth born 1856 and George Taylor
Born 1858. They came to Canada and had Alexander Born 1860 .
