Looking for Parents of Isaac Moore Married Leah Warburton 1823 Wiltshire

After years of searching am unable to prove Isaac Moore's connection to my family tree. The 1841 census had Isaac living next door to my g/g/grandfather John Moore in Trowbridge and both were working in the Dyehouse. It seems Isaac owned the Dyehouse and had children with similar names to John. As John's father was also Isaac I believe it is possible that young Isaac and John were cousins. However I am unable to find proof of a relationship. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
