Looking for Parents of William John Simmons
hi hope you can help me i am searching for the parents of william john simmons william was born 1852 tipperary ireland died 1927 preston victoria his fathers name was john simmons at a guess he would have been born about 1830 there have been no mention on any records about williams father except his name was john and nothing of his mother it would be greatly appreciated if you can help

Hi I descend from William John SIMMONS. I believe his parents were John SIMMONS & Mary COFFEY married Killurin, Co Wexford Ireland. The SIMMONS family were from the nearby Townland of Ballyweather. I believe William was born at Ballyweather or possibly Co Tipperary as his parents moved to Tipperary themselves before late 1860's. William himself married Catherine PRENDERGAST in Co Tippary, before coming to South Australia a few years later.
