Looking for Parents of William Wagner of Forks Township Northampton County PA

Trying to locate some info on great grandfather on mother's side of family. We believe he was born about1849 possibly in Tatamy, then a part of Forks Township in Northampton County, Pa. He was maried to Elizabeth Fritz around 1870; they are listed in 1880 census as living in Osbourne, Kansas with three children: Eugene, Edward, William and Mary Alice. Family "history" says he died in New York state, we believe around 1990. Any help out there. Thanks
