Looking for Pennington IN Baltimore County Maryland

I'm looking for info. on my gr.-gr.-gr. grandfather Josiah PENNINGTON who was born in Baltimore Co. MD on 2-17-1780 to Daniel and Martha Pennington. He married Mary TALBOT about 1811 and may have immediately moved to Barnesville, Belmont Co. OH. I have info. that they had six children while in Barnesville and at some point moved to Henry Co. IN.
