Looking for Phillips IN Virginia Kentucky and Michigan Ohio

I am looking for my father's family. His name was Harley Phillips. He was born Nov 22, 1921. His father was Norris Phillips born in Franklin county Ohio, in 1894. Norris had five sibling all born in Ohio. Norris father's name was John Q? Phillips and was born 1852 in Ohio. He married Celia Reagan. John's father was James A. Phillips and was born in 1827? in Virginia, and married a Nancy unknown born in Kentucky. Any and all info would be appreiated.
