Looking for Pietro Mandarino Raised by Simeone Family

I have been trying to find anything that shows his birth or baptism or military service. I have him living in Italy but have no father or mother name. He was raised by the Simeone family. I have him traveling 3 time to the US before marrying Carolina D'Auria. I am trying to find any official record of him in Italy prior to 1902.
