Yes, that's the one. Info I have is that he sailed from Liverpool on the ship 'Bride' as an unassisted passenger Feb 1852 to Victoria Aus, Age down as 19yrs. He worked as a gold miner while in Aus at a place called Eaglehawk Bendigo. I do not know when he came to NZ but on his certificate for 'intention to marry' he put down that his residence was one year. He married Mary Ann at the 'Halfway House' ChCh 20 Aug 1860. He died of Cancer of the Tongue 11 Jan 1899. Buried in Woolston Cemetary Block E Plot 93. Age given 68yrs. He was out of business. Left no will. Occ Hotel Keeper. Have you any more info on Thomas? I am really wanting to know who his parents were?
His mother's maiden name would be a help.
