Looking for Records OR Grave Sites for Various Specific Semple Family Members

Only started family researching a year or so ago. My paternal grandfather was Patrick Haughey Hinds (Walter) Semple and Walter Semple (DOB 17 October 1782) was Patrick’s great great grandfather. My paternal grandmother was Ivy Semple (nee Leaf). Patrick and Ivy were married 4 February 1921 in Church of Scotland, Ratho Parish County of MIDLOTHIAN, SCOTLAND UK. On different dates they both emigrated to Australia (1922 and 1923). Ivy with their first son James Eric Vincent Semple.
Patrick Haughey Hinds (Walter) Semple was born on 26 April 1897 (67 Scotts Row, Craigneuk, Scotland ) and passed away 2 October 1961 (Botany, New South Wales, Australia ). His father was James Semple and mother Catherine (nee Haughey/ Hoxitt/Haughy) were married 23 November 1887, (some details are difficult to read on a faded PHHS birth certificate which I have saved to Ancestry.)
Patrick’s siblings were John b 1887, James b 1889/90, Mary b 1891, Margaret b 1899, Robert b 1902. The further I go back the more critical details become inconsistent such as duplication of common names, varying Dates of birth/marriage/death and even variants of the Semple name. Many being hard to resolve from the other side of the world.
I was wondering whether you have any information or documents or church records on the Semple Family going back through Patrick, James (b 1867), John (father of James b 1823), Walter (father of John), Thomas (father of Walter) and further back in the Semple lineage?
