Looking for Relatives of Irene Wells Upcott OR Bill Wells

Recently i learned that my maternal grandmother, Irene Wells upcott, had a brother; Bill or bob wells. I learned that bill/bob lived in Oregon and am hoping to get in touch with anyone who might be related to him to learn more about the family.Bill/Bob would have been born either late 1800's to early 1900's as he is my mothers uncle.
