Hi, I don't know if this helps but I'm researching a Vincent Francis Joseph Xavier Roberts, was married (twice), resided, worked, died and is buried in Christchurch.
hi back,ive been trying to find my roberts side of my family.i know they came out to australia in 1843 on the madras..the father was john roberts and his wife leonora with their children.they settled in kensington S.A.when the children grew up one went to as far as i know christchurch N.Z and my great great granfather jabez roberts settled in melbourne.not sure if any others went to melbourne or not.i cant get the family history back in ruthin wales at all except i know john roberts was a "gemtleman"well that was his employment title..my email is bundybear2410@hotmail.com if you think we have the same linage..thanyou..debbi....:)
