Looking for Rose Sophia Anthony of Tasmania

Rose, who was born c1828, and arrived in Tasmania, Australia c1841 married Thomas Bennett, a native Tasmanian and raised a large family in and around Northern Tasmania, particularly Launceston. She died in Launceston in 1911 having been in the Colony for 70 years. She is my great great great grandmother and I'd dearly love to know where she was born etc.
