Looking for Sister Concieved IN Fresno CA

I have found one sister that was put up for adoption, there is another sister out there. She was born in 1954-57.
The biological Father went by several names: Melvin Burleigh, Jon LaBatt, last names Hole or Welliver. Again, the biological Mother
lived in Fresno, Ca. at time of conception. He may have said that
he was of French nationality, he worked at Vendo in Pinedale.
