Looking for Soccorsi in WV

Query by leftturnlady

I am looking for family of David Soccorsi - he was born and died in Arquata del Tronto, Ascioli Piceno, Marche, Italy. He had two wives, the first one is unknown and they had at least one son - Sabatino. His second wife was Louise Santolini. They had at least four children - Ginesco, Luigi, Guido and Elena. David also had two other children - Maria Antoinette and Enrico. Their birth mother is unknown - could be either first or second wife.

David and his son Enrico were killed possibly at the same time over a land dispute.

Louise along with her children and step-son left Italy and settled in Masontown/Bretz, Preston County, WV. All died in WV and are buried in the Masontown Cemetery in Masontown, Preston, WV

Enrico Soccorsi was married to a Domenica "Minnie" Ciampanella. They had a daughter Ilma (Elma). When Enrico died or was killed, Minnie then married Sabatino Soccorsi - Enrico's brother/half-brother?. Minnie and Sabatino came to the US along with Elma. They settle in Masontown and had 11
children - Davey, Harry, Donald, Alfred (Pitzy), Tony, Victoria, Darlene, Rosie, Mary, Rieta, and Dora.

Minnie had a brother Domenico who came to the US and is buried in Masontown Cemetery. Minnie also had a sister Lucia and another brother Sante.
