Looking for Sommer Family Members Who Originated from Sumiswald Switzerland OR Alsace Lorraine

My great grandfather was George Sommer (1802-1847).
He was born in Zimming, Moselle, Alsace-Lorraine, France.
He emigrated to Woodford Co., Illinois.
His father was Christian Sommer (1770-1847 originally from
Raon-sur-Plaine, Voges, France.
Christian Sommer was his father and Andreas Sommer his grandfather.
I do not know their dates, spouses or places of origin.
Can anyone help?
