Looking for Stearns That Came Over IN 1630 on Ship Arabella

My GGGGGG Grandfather was Nathaniel Stearns who came over on the Arabella in 1630. He was admitted as a Free Man in 1647 and later appointed as a Lt. and served in the General Court in 1689-1690.

This is kitkat4 and sawood.
I have an ancestor who was born 1596-1690. No other info except the parents are William Stearns and Emma Ramsford
The person is named Nathaiel Stearns, but they have that it is female. Could this be the same one?
