He is my grandfather. He was born in either North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Virginia and moved to Mississippi. I have visited his grave site. I cannot find information about his parents or birth place.

I have visited the grave site of both Stephen and StephenII in Covington County. The question is where was Stephen (1793) born and who were the parents.
According to the Census he was born in North Carolina but I cannot find a birth for him.
