Looking for Sterne Stern Starnes Stearns Stafford Stafford England

I am looking for information on Charles Sterne of Stafford England. He is the father of Thomas Sterne who married Dorothy Plampin and they were the parents of Isaac Sterne /Stearns. He married Mary Barker. They came to the USA in 1630 with the Winthrop Fleet the ship's name was the Arabella.

What I would like is information about Charles Sterne, his wifes name and his parents names, going back as far as we can go. Charles was born abt. 1500 and died March 17, 1576 or 1577.
