Looking for info on James Stewart,b.3/02/1837,Scotland. Sculptor-Journeyman.
Parents: James Stewart-Isabella Tocher
Marriage: 11/13/1863, Glasgow to Mary McArthur, christened 3/14/1840 at Islay Hse., Kilarrow, Islay.

These are parents of my grandmother, Mary Stewart,b.1/15/1885 in Aberdeen. She was married to Samuel George Munro in Aberdeen.
I am new at researching, and can't seem to find any further information on James Stewart.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HI Scotlass,
My relatives (Stewart) are all from Aberdeen, G/G/Grandfather was John Stewart Married Agness Wood 8/12/1842, they had 8 Children, One daughter Jean died at 4yrs and is buried in the old Aberdeen Cemetery with her Parents. My G/Grandfather was John Miller Stewart, whm came to Australia in September 1882.
Perhaps there is a connection to your Stewart,s
