Looking for the Family of Clayton S Link Indiana Montana

While searching for history of my great grandmother "Cora Belle Briggs / Babcock" :

I ran across a 1920 Census from Portage Twp South Bend Indiana
I found Clayton S Link was listed as a boarder of the home of Lewis & Cora Belle Babcock at 1112 West Washington St.
What is odd is his name also showed up as married to my great aunt, Jennie Pearl Babcock in CA death Index.

I found Clayton Link's Obit in the South Bend Tribune. He died March 15 of 1925 in Great Falls Montana while at a lodge. It stated he had died from asphyxiation from illuminatin gas. His body was sent back to South Bend, Indiana and the funeral services were held at the 1112 West Washington house, and then he was buried at Riverview Cemetery on Portage St in South Bend. It never mentioned that he was or ever had been married, no survivers were listed. So I am very curious to know who Clayton's family was. I went to his grave site and took a photo of his headstone, so if any family members would like to see it, let me know.
