Looking for the Family of John Mc Bond of KY Illinois

John M C Bond married Annie McFadden on 27 March 1870 in Saline County, Illinois. They had several children, one being my ggm Ida Bond.In July 1870 they were living with a Henry C. Bond and his wife Nancy. I believe that they were brothers. Also living with them was a George W. Bond. George was 17 and could possibly be a younger brother.

I found a Nicholas Bond who had a son named John and another named George. This George was older though. Is it possible that there was a George who died at a young age so they named another child by that name?

Ida married Arthur Mayer on 24 Dec 1892 in St. Clair County, Ill.
