Looking for the Family of Kazimierz Markowski Vilna Lithuania

I was told my grandfather, Wincenty Markowski,
was born in Vilna, Russia. He died in Whitman,
Massachusetts on February 23, 1945 (I was a little over 3 years old at the time.) That is all I know about him except that his wife's name
was Sofia and she died on September 10, 1946. I thought that maybe Wincenty was related to Kazimierz.
