Looking for the Parents of Harold Henry Jones

I am looking for the parent's of Harold Henry Jones 1915-1995 born in Llandilofawr, Wales

According to family myth Harold's mother had been a Welsh woman with the maiden name Jones. Her father owned a farm in Wales. Harold's father came from Germany, who worked on this farm and later married Harold's mother but taking his wife's name

I am not sure how much of this story is true but I did find on a Birth Index that Harold's mother's maiden name was Jones, however I am unable to find her first name or the identity of Harold's father

Harold Jones would go on to marry a woman named Kathleen Mabel Huntbach (1913-2005)
