Looking for the Parents of Matilda Caroline King

After 10 years of fruitless searching I finally found my Gggrandparents. Caleb Long or Longley Tipton, born Sept. 26, 1824, in Scottsboro, Alabama. Married Matilda Caroline King in 1849. She was also born in Scottsboro, July 22, 1828. It is there that I've hit another roadblock as no records for Matilda's parents can I find. If anyone knows anything to help me, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks in advance, Kolene.
