Looking for the Parents of Thomas Henry Ernest Wilkinson Born IN Shoreditch 1852 53

Thomas was my great granfather born in Shoreditch, London, in either 1852 or 1853. He married a Sarah Ann Legge from Coventry in 1874 living from time to time in Birmingham, Stoke on Trent, Hereford and London. He was a cabinet fitter but not as far as I have traced a member of the famous Wilkinson family of furniture makers. He had nine children and eventually died in 1919 and was buried in the Abney Park Cemetery at Stoke Newington, London. I have not been able to trace his actual date of birth or details of his parents. I would be most grateful to anyone who can enlighten me.
