He was born 27 Jan 1868 in Emmerson, Marion Co., MO, died 5 Jul 1945 in Altus, OK and was married to Martha Jane McCarty on 4 Jun 1896 in Antlers, Pushmataha Co., OK, which was then called Indian Territory.
