Looking for Tonkin Family from Luzerne County PA

I am looking for the relatives of Floyd Egbert Tonkin. His parents are Frederick William and Jessie (Swartz) Tonkin. I have found alot of informaiton on Jessie Tonkin, however I am trying to connect Frederick William to James(born 1828) and Maria (1843) Tonkin. Fred was born in Breage Cornwall England on Feb 2 1865. I believe his siblings are James (1861), Edith (1863), Ernest (1867) and Lydia (1876).
