Looking for Turner Native American Connection Any Info

Anyone with proof of connection to an American Indian ancestry with the Turner name please advise. My ancestry hails from Massachusetts early 1600's Harvard area. Rumored connection to Indian family member possibly Ella Ruth Farnum Turner.
