Looking for Ulyses Louie Gutierres

I was wondering if anyone out there knows a name by the name of Ulyses Louie Gutierrez who lives in Los Angeles with his mother on North Indiana Street . We think he also may have lived in the New York area and in the State of Arizona a few years back. I dont believe his real name is Louie I think he does not like his birth name Ulyses so he prefers or Louie instead. I have also tracked him down by his various alias like Louie U Gutierrez, Louis Gutierrez and other variation of his name. So if anyone out can help locate my lost cousin please contact me. Oh, I think he does window tinting for a living.
