Looking for Unk Rogers
This would be my great-great grandfather on my mother's side. He was born in Ireland or Scotland, came to the US, married Honora Barnes, and was drafted or enlisted in the US Army. According to family stories, he died at Gettysburg. His one and only child was my grandmother, Mary Ann, who was born in 1863.
Hi Carol my dad's surname's Rogers and he was born in County Monaghan.His name's Patrick Joseph.He was born 22nd Dec 1946 around.Most of his brothers and sisters moved to Birmingham here in the United Kingdom.Possibly for work.He had a brother Eugene and a sister Margaret but they passed away years ago.They were both married.He did have a sister in County Monaghan she run a postoffice about 33 years ago.I've found a cousin on facebook,Daniel he's in Birmingham.Eugene's son.I wish I knew more info.Please get in touch.jackierogers386@yahoo.co.uk or mobile tel:07578904250.Thanks.
