Looking for Wanoa Family from Te Araroa New Zealand

My name is Gail and I am searching for any information on the Wanoa family from Te Araroa in New Zealand. If there is anyone out there that can help me I would really appreciate it. My grandmother was Kate Te Wanoa who was married to Duncan Oscar Brooking. I cant seem to go any further than my grandmothers parents. All I have is their names and no other information.
