Looking for Welsh Swan Decendants

I am looking for the line of John SWAN 1816-1904, married Hannah Porter 1845 in Newport, Monmouth, Wales. They had three children, Edwin, Mary Ann and Robert. Im trying to track Roberts family as there's some confusion about the names of his children. He married Gwenny Jones and they had Earnest, Bob (robert?), George, Jack? any info would be greatly appreciated, thankyou : )

-Familysearch.org- all sources -Wales - Swan ( 148 ) for you to research -

Note - Warning to assist your research - The Boundary ( Border ) Runs down the middle of the Main street . On the Welch side it is called Monmouthshire on the English side - Monmouth - I personally expierenced a change in the spelling of the name when some relations moved across the road to work in England Remember that the english side is called- MONMOUTH - Regards

Thanks for the head's up, I didn't know that, it does cross-over in some information. I have a few other welsh town names also, but I've yet to google their location.
Thanks very much for the info, hopefully it will clear up some mystery
