Looking for William Bell IN Australia

I am looking for William {Bill}Bell who was a hairdresser in Port Melbourne Victoria Australia between at least 1949 and 1954.
I believe he was married to a Jessie Margaret Sherwood and very well may have lived in Horsham Victoria at some stage.

He also may have been an amatuer boxer when young.
