Looking for William Drop Jacobs of Sussex Surrey Kent

I am looking for infomation about William Drop jacobs, his son mygr,gr,gr, grandfather was transported out to Australia, his son was John Ryson jacobs. William his father was a non conformist and owned a grocery shop.William was born about 1800 , I am not sure where he was born? Williams wife was called jane. Any infomation appreciated. Vicki
