Looking for William Joyce Born Cork 1820 Came to Melbourne on the Mary Nixon IN 1841

Family lore has it that William or a relative ran both the Keilor PO and General store and owned quite a bit of land but I can't find him in the history books. Anyone able to help me find the Joyce's?
