Looking for William R Sanders of Oconee County SC

I am trying to find info on my gg grandfather and mother; William R Sanders and his wife Mary E Moore (maiden name). They were born around 1825 and had both passed by 1906. They are buried in Tabor Baptist Cemetary in Westminster, SC. My problem is I can't find any info beyond them. I know that William lived with his granddaughter Sallie Sanders married name was Sallie Singleton of Charlotte, NC after Mary passed in 1899. If any one can help I would appreciate it. My tree is on ancestry as Marcsanders1969. Thanks again
