Looking for William Smith Married Emily Cleave Tasmania

WILLLIAM SMITH married EMILY CLEAVE at campbell town 1872 and had four children. EMILY died 1886 just one year after the birth of thier last child ARTHUR HENRY SMITH. Cannot seem to get past this and would like to find WILLIAM'S parents and siblings.
