Looking for Wilson Cagle

My name is Sandra Faye Wilson Knight. I am looking to know my family or some detail of my ancestors. My Father is William Joseph Wilson and he has 2 sisters Josephine Wilson Baker of Clinton,SC and Linda Wilson Thomason of Newberry, SC from his birth mother Myrtle Virginia Cagle Wilson and Father William Wilson.Other than this I have no clue where to start not even a picture of my grandparents
