Looking Up Information on Sarah Balch and John Miller

I am trying to find out any information about Sarah R Balch that married John Miller i Sept. or October of 1816. Sarah was born in Providence RI. Her parents were Joseph and Martha (Grise) Balch. I have not been able to find birth and death dates for her or John.I have found out that they had 2 children John and Sarah. The only info I have on them is that Sarah married Elias Smith of Brooklyn New York. Can anybody help?
