Lost Hannah

Query by Doug_Todd

I have an old Family Bible which includes a family tree which lists Wiley Rackley and his wife who is shown merely by the surname Gann. No first name given.

I began researching n Ancestry and have found many family trees with Wiley Rackley but his wife is always and only listed as "Hannah"

Hannah would have been born about 1800 -- probably in Tennessee. She and Wiley had ten children.

"The Rackley Book" which I have also gives her name as Hannah but notes that she used several names over the course of her marriage. "She was Hannah in 1850, Anna in 1860, Lavenia in 1870 and Malviney in 1880. Her real name may have been Hannah Malvenia". (Rackley: A Southern Colonial Family -- Page 684)

Does anyone have any information on any Hannah, Anna, or Malvenia, Melvina etc., that might help clear this up.
