Louisa Elliott Father Allington Elliott

I have a BC for my Granddad Charles Ralph (5 July 1905, it states that his parents are Charles Ralph and Louisa Moate, after doing a bit of rescearch I found out that Louisa was married to a George Albert Moate, and then some time she married my Great Granddad Charles Ralph, but I cant find a Marriage C for Charles and Louisa.
Louisa's Dad was Allington Elliott I would love some info on Louisa and Charles and Allington please.
